Ta Paidia tis Palaiotitas (Children of the Oldness) is a six-member band from Corfu formed in 2014 by singer-songwriter and performer P.E. Dimitriadis, pianist and guitarist Mario Plaskasovitis and cellist Christina Papalitsa, after the break-up of Dimitriadis’ breakthrough band, Kore.Ydro.
The group signed to Inner Ear and released the debut album 12 Songs from the Catacombs in 2014.
The second album, Consortium in Amato, was released under L39 in 2015. The album was initially released in CD format and was re-released in a double LP in 2017, featuring three extra tracks. It received critical acclaim. The group toured Greece following the releases.
